When he’s not on-site, Bob enjoys relaxing with a round of golf at local courses or joining friends in farm activities. His commitment to hard work is a cornerstone of his daily routine, significantly contributing to Wesgrove’s ongoing success.

Marketing
Katharine brings a lifelong passion for interior design and architecture to Wesgrove, joining forces with her partner, Jason, to steer the company’s marketing, design and operations. Her role marries her love for home design with her expertise, enhancing Wesgrove’s brand and operations alongside the company mascot, Bowen. Outside work, Katharine’s time is spent with her friends and family.
Kelsey
Office Administrator
Kelsey, an Office Administrator at Wesgrove, brings diverse administrative experience from a variety of fields. Although new to construction, she is excited to learn and create new connections in the industry. Her positive energy and meticulous nature ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment. Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys staying active, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family.

HR Department
Bowen, the HR department’s most cheerful member, brings boundless energy and joy to Wesgrove. Known for enjoying extended lunch breaks amidst nature and occasionally napping on the job, Bowen’s expertise lies in snack management — ranging from snack acquisition to enthusiastic snack requests.
