Our great relationships with local suppliers over the years has secured us great discounts on products and services, which we then relay to our clients to get them the best prices. We also pride ourselves in the ability of working on a fixed cost basis, so the price you sign off on pre-construction is the price you will pay at completion. This means no surprises or unforeseen costs. However, as we work with our clients individually based on their project and needs, sometimes this requires a cost-plus approach.
