Consultation
Step 1: Discovery
Our process begins with a brief discovery call to understand your project needs, followed by an on-site meeting to discuss the scope. Afterward, we provide a Draft Proposal with an initial estimate, including project specifications and allowances for fixtures, finishes, and appliances, with a ±10% cost variance. A detailed overview video will be sent to highlight key areas of the proposal.
Contractor Selection
Step 2: Your Dream, Our Commitment
With a reputation built on trust, referrals, and years of reliable service, we’re proud to be the contractor of choice for our community. After reviewing the Draft Proposal, a Pre-Construction Agreement must be signed to proceed, ensuring clarity and commitment for your project.
Once the agreement is signed and the initial deposit is received, you’ll be introduced to your dedicated Project Manager, who will guide your project through the project life cycle.
Design
Step 3: Plan
After signing the Pre-Construction Agreement, you’ll visit our trusted suppliers to choose finishes like plumbing fixtures, countertops, and appliances. If a designer is involved, this process may vary slightly to accommodate their vision and input. We also have trusted design partners to recommend, should you need assistance.
Once selections are made, suppliers send us the details, and we update the project specifications and budget. Final pricing is confirmed through trade walkthroughs, followed by an in-person review of the Final Proposal, construction contract, and payment schedule.
Build
Step 4: Execute
Before your project begins, we’ll hold a final internal walkthrough and discuss the first days of construction. Regular on-site meetings with your Project Manager and updates through CoConstruct will keep you informed throughout the process.
You’ll receive live schedule updates on CoConstruct, weekly progress reports through Basecamp, and meet weekly on-site with key stakeholders to review progress.
Review
Step 5: Assess
During the close-out phase, we demobilize unnecessary items and conduct an internal deficiency walkthrough. A client walkthrough follows to assess any remaining issues, and once resolved, professional cleaners will clean the entire home.
After project completion, we’ll schedule a final review meeting to assess the project’s success, receive final payment, and review and sign the Warranty Agreement, ensuring all details are finalized.

After project completion, we may request professional photos to showcase the finished work. Throughout the warranty period, we’ll conduct regular client care check-ins to ensure you’re informed and supported. Enjoy peace of mind with our two-year warranty.
