This home was a classic "Vancouver Special" style box house that needed some love. We completely remodelled the exterior of the home with the addition of Hardie Board (board and batten and shingles), new light fixtures, an additional porch roof on the front face, new windows, landscaping, and a fresh paint job.

On the inside of the home, we added a legal secondary suite. New walls, drywall, appliances, fixtures, flooring, electrical, fireplace, etc. were added to create a modern and inviting secondary suite.
